1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within three (1) days of receiving their order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• The item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
• The return request is made after the 1-day return period.
• Incorrect product variant (such as size, color, or model) selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
• Video evidence not provided by customer

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and a clear reason for the return request. Approved returns will be provided with further instructions.

4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, where applicable.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Right to Refuse
earnify.pk reserves the right to refuse or decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
